Delete your NeedleMatch account
This page explains how to delete your account in the NeedleMatch app, developed by MDB TechWorks (Pty) Ltd, and what happens to your data.
In the app
Open Menu → Account → Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your profile, saved favourites, recent searches, any redeemed access codes, your unlock history and any fabric requests you sent. It cannot be undone.
Without the app
Email support@needlematch.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We action requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What we keep
